Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Auden Arc, review reconstructed capability demonstrations, and prepare an operational diagnosis. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Assessment output
The website’s private operational assessment is an initial view based on what you enter. It is not professional legal, financial, accounting, security, or regulatory advice. It does not create a client relationship, promise a result, or replace discovery and a signed project agreement.
Reconstructed demonstrations
Demonstrations on this site use fictional or sanitized records to show system capabilities. They are not live customer accounts, testimonials, measured outcomes, or promises that the same result will occur in another business.
Projects and payment
A project begins only under separate written terms that define scope, acceptance criteria, fees, timing, responsibilities, and ongoing service. Website conversations, email discussions, estimates, and assessment output do not replace those signed terms.
Intellectual property
The site, its original copy, interface, demonstrations, and Auden Arc materials are owned by Devon Weaver or used with permission. Client ownership and licensing are defined in the applicable project agreement.
Third-party services
The site can link to or depend on third-party services. Their terms and availability are controlled by those providers. Auden Arc is not responsible for a third party’s independent service or content.
Warranty and liability
The public website is provided as available without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising only from use of this public website is limited to the amount you paid Auden Arc for that use, if any. Separate project terms govern paid work.
