What this policy covers

This policy covers the Auden Arc website, its private operational assessment, its business communications system, and business email accounts connected to that system. It does not cover a client solution after separate project terms are signed.

02

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, public business information used for legitimate prospect research, operational records needed to deliver contracted work, and limited technical information required to protect the service.

The private website assessment stays in your browser until you choose to open an email draft. The website does not silently send that assessment to us.

03

Connected mail data

When Auden Arc connects its business communications system to a Gmail or Microsoft mailbox, that system can read the message headers and bodies needed to identify replies, opt-outs, bounces, and approved Upwork notifications. It can send first contacts, scheduled follow-ups, and replies only inside an active campaign authorization.

OAuth credentials remain encrypted. Mail data is used only to operate Auden Arc communications, maintain conversation context, prevent duplicate contact, honor suppression, and create an auditable delivery record.

04

Google user data

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, transferred to data brokers, or used to improve generalized third-party systems. Access is limited to the functions described on this page and follows Google’s Limited Use requirements.

No part of the system can grant itself additional mailbox access or override an opt-out, complaint, or delivery stop.

05

Storage and retention

OAuth grants are retained while the mailbox remains connected and are deleted when the connection is removed. Full message content is retained only while needed for an active conversation, delivery investigation, or client record, then removed within 90 days after that need ends. Structured business records can be retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction.

Minimal suppression records are retained indefinitely so a person who opted out is not contacted again. Encrypted operational backups follow the same retention rules.

06

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only with providers required to run the service, including the relevant mail provider, hosting provider, and bounded message-analysis provider. It is not shared for another company’s independent marketing. A legal request can require disclosure where applicable law demands it.

07

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from outreach through the link in any message or by replying “no thanks,” “stop,” or “unsubscribe.” You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing Auden Arc. Some minimal suppression and transaction records remain where required to honor your request or comply with law.

08

Security and changes

Auden Arc uses encrypted credential storage, narrow account grants, access controls, append-only delivery evidence, and fail-closed messaging controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes receive a new effective date on this page.

Higher clarity. Brighter outcomes.
